How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Signature
An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include your physical or electronic signature, identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake, your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal court.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the removed content within 10-14 business days unless the complainant files a legal action.
Repeat Infringers
It is our policy to terminate access for users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights in appropriate circumstances and in our sole discretion. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts without notice in cases of clear copyright infringement.
